The duties we endure, even to the end. I am reflecting on the words of the address’s of all the speakers at this 188th annual conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Much of the words of those that I have thought all for too long. The shortening of Church meetings to two hours rather than three extended hours. Lets face it small children don’t sit quiet or still for 3 hours. Of course there were the talks on forgiveness, understanding, and loving neighbors as we love ourselves. My was that an eye opener. I can think of neighbors in Wendell Idaho that applies to, and yet with address’s on forgiveness, I forgive them. As Jesus spoke with his and our Father in Heaven as he said, forgive them Father, for they know not of what they do. Of facing those who we have of contention. I’m into that, many that I was short tempered, with on Friday, that was caused by an idiot, whom since I have forgave, since it all turned out good thanks to My Bishop, that I still have the Little General, yet of my supervisors at DI I am going to be talking to them on Monday , about my being short with them. Wonder if they will respond? On that, while every Company, DI included requires work to be done for a fair days pay, still there’s one thing of treating workers as employees, and treating them as slaves. Many at DI treat employees, as slaves which is important, considering that DI is part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, some understanding especially with a new employee, should be required and some kindness regarding one going through a bad situation like having a car repoed. Or trying to find a way home since said car was repoed. A pecking order is required of any business, but treating your employees like crap, versus using some diplomacy in correcting improper protocol, or policy is the right way to get the best out of your employees. Maybe a course in Business 101, should ought to be required of some supervisory employees at DI. I can assure you, I will be speaking to the upper levels of the facility Monday, and likewise to those in Salt Lake City about things there at Twin Falls’s Deseret Industries. Got a show up albeit a short one Sunday into Monday morning, and will be on in full gallop, Monday night at 19:00. See ya’ll on the radio. At: http://www.spreaker.com/ayrewolf Stay tuned!!
